30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase of your Ashmore Cymbal Company (ACC) cymbal/product for a full refund if it’s not suitable for any reason. To start the process, please contact us within this period. We are confident you will like your ACC cymbal we offer a FREE return label. WE WILL NEED TO NOTIFIED BY EMAIL TO ryan@ashmorecymbals.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER, we will then provide you with a returns label and it will be your responsibility to re package securely and getting the product to the courier. We’ll inspect the cymbal for any damage or signs of misuse, and if it passes the inspection, a refund will be issued.
