30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase of your Ashmore Cymbal Company (ACC) cymbal/product for a full refund if it’s not suitable for any reason. To start the process, please contact us within this period. Return postage, along with any import charges or taxes, will be your responsibility. We’ll inspect the cymbal for any damage or signs of misuse, and if it passes the inspection, a refund will be issued.

12-Month Guarantee

All ACC cymbals are guaranteed for 12 months from the purchase date against any damage caused by manufacturing defects. If you believe your cymbal has a flaw, please contact us to discuss the issue and options for a refund, repair, or credit.

Because each ACC cymbal is unique, an exact replacement may not be possible. If that’s the case, we’ll offer alternatives such as a refund, repair, or store credit.

Please note, damage from misuse—such as being dropped or excessive playing force—is not covered under the warranty. In these cases, or if the cymbal is older than 12 months, we are happy to discuss affordable repair options, provided there’s no sign of misuse or abuse.
